Historic Theatre Rental:
$400/hour | Tech Staff, Sound, Lighting, & Dressing Rooms Included
Community Room & Courtyard Rental: Sunday – Thursday: $225/hour | Friday – Saturday: $150/hour
Art Gallery Rental: $250/hour

Rent the Theatre for your next Event
The recent $6 million expansion has significantly enlarged the original Lyric, increasing its size from 13,000 square feet to 29,000 square feet. This comprehensive renovation and remastering of the historic theatre include the addition of a cultural arts wing featuring a museum and art gallery. Additionally, a spacious community area on the first floor and a courtyard have been incorporated, completing the transformation of the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center. - Rentals have a three-hour minimum, with available hours from 8:00 am to 12:00 am. The hourly rental period includes time for setup, the event itself, and breakdown. All rental hours must be consecutive; for instance, setting up the night before for a next-day event is not permitted.
- The hourly rental rate includes technical staffing for basic technical needs. Events requiring more advanced technical support may incur a minor additional cost.
- All events at the Lyric Theatre must use The Lyric’s Box Office for ticket handling.
- Ticketing fees, which are borne by the customer, will be applied to each ticket sold.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage is mandatory for all theatrical rentals at the Lyric Theatre.
